Challenge:
The U. S. Department of Veteran Affairs (DOVA) Acquisition Academy (VAAA) specified a course of study for their Federal Acquisition Certification program in Project and Program Management (FAC-P/PM) and Learning Tree International won the contract. The VAAA required that Learning Tree International provided instructors for the FAC-P/PM training that had over 10 years of experience in major projects and programs, and certification as a PMP, for the Project Management, Acquisition Management (Federal Acquisition Regulations), and Business Management (cost estimating and Earned Value Management (EVM)) courses of instruction.

These instructors also have decades of experience on projects and programs ranging from $1 Million to $500 Million in value. As a result, these instructors are delivering Learning Tree FAC-P/PM courses at all three levels (Entry, Mid, and Senior levels) in Project Management, Acquisition Management, and Business Management.
